Please join us in welcoming from California, guest instructor Joseph Verville Sensei for this 1-day Fall Aikido intensive entitled “Unified Body.” Verville Sensei is a 5th degree black belt and is the head instructor of San Francisco Aikikai Dojo.
Verville Sensei began his study of Aikido in 1993 at San Francisco Aikikai and in 2003 became the Head instructor after the departure of the school’s founding instructor, Joel Posluns Sensei (7th dan, Shihan, N. Vancourver Aikikai).
Verville Sensei was awarded “SHIDOIN” teaching credentials in 2005 by the USAF. Verville Sensei has trained in seminar over the years from top USAF Shihan including considerable time with two O’Sensei Uchi Deshi – 8th dan Yamada Yoshimitsu Shihan and the late 8th dan Kanai Mitsunari Sensei of New England Aikikai.
This seminar will focus on unifying TAI-SABAKI in order to create more efficient and powerful movement within Aikido technique
