About KENDO
KENDO (literal translation "way of the sword"), is a physically and mentally challenging Japanese martial art, which descends from swordsmanship and uses bamboo swords called SHINAI and protective armor (both BOGU and DOGU). Today, it is widely practiced within Japan and many other nations across the world.
