A bunch of members from Castle Rock AIKIDO got together on July 4th 2008 to attend a Colorado Rockies baseball game against the Mariners. Following a grand slam in the 7th inning, the Rockies came back from behind to win in the bottom of the 9th inning. Fireworks followed. All in all, it was a ton of fun!
Section 331! Nosebleed seats? Sure. But they're a good view of the baseball diamond and perfect for firework viewing.
Kyle brought his father, Jeff as a belated Father's Day present. Sean, somehow, managed to get his head into the shot.
Kriss and Kim came, too, with their two youngings.
Shiraki Sensei brought her sister, Chie. Chie was visiting Colorado from Kitakyushu, Japan. Behind them is Phil Wu and some of his family.
Sue was cutting the rug to the music. Kyle tried to follow suit, but wasn't too successful. Daniel pretended to be preoccupied with the scoreboard so that he didn't have to dance.
Naaaah... wuz up, Sue!
After the game, thousands of fans hit the field to enjoy the much anticipated fireworks display!
Cari shakes her head at her husband, Justin, as he throws his arms in the air and shouted, "What! No more beer!? Hulk, smash!!!"
Albright Sensei violently snarls at Sean as he rudely interrupts Sensei's personal pizza.
Allison looks straight forward, not daring to wonder what Sensei might do next!
